Hello! My name is Ayela James and I’ve been a licensed esthetician for 6 years. I have a passion for waxing both face and body along with makeup artistry. I have extensive experience working for Benefit Cosmetics at the Benefit Brow Bar in Union Square, San Francisco and European Wax Center. Now, I’m excited to embark on my journey of waxing independently! I pride myself in my talent for brow waxing. Specializing in grooming them to their fullest potential as well as having a gifted touch for all other wax services. I’m very detail oriented, I believe in taking my time with each client to meet their needs in making sure they get the best out of each service. Cancellation Policy
You must be physically inside of Smooth as Honey wax suite to not be charged a late or cancellation fee.
A 50% cancellation fee of the booked services will be charged for any no-shows, same day rescheduling, and cancellations after 24 hours of scheduled appointment time.
LATE POLICY:
For a 30 minute or more appointment time
a late fee of $10 will be charged in addition to your service fees if you are 10 minutes late. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and the 50% cancellation fee will apply.
For a 25 minute or less appointment time a late fee of $5 will be charged in addition to your service fees if you are 5 minutes late. If you are 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and the 50% cancellation fee will apply.
HOUSE KEEPING:
Each combination service is for 1 person per combo service.
Please ensure your hygiene is up to par (including showering, bathing, and freshening up) before arriving to your appointment. Bikini or Brazilian services are available to only those with female genitalia. If you are currently on your monthly cycle you must insert a tampon to be serviced.
I have the right to refuse service to anyone.
